Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9 x 5 baking dish with cocout oil. In a small bowl, mix ground flax with 2 1/2 tbs of water. Allow to sit for 5 minutes to gel.
In a large mixing bowl, mash bananas well with a fork. Add oil, cane sugar, almond milk and molasses, whisking to combine.
In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and spices.
Add flax egg to wet mixture and slowly stir into dry mixture until just combined and no lumps are present. Fold in blueberries.
Transfer batter to the baking dish and bake in preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until top is lightly browned and a tester inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Remove bread from oven and allow to cool before serving.
