Ingredients


1/2 cup Hemp milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free
1 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1 tbsp Chia seeds, ground
1 cup Frozen blueberries
1/2 medium Frozen banana
1/4 cup Cashew nuts, raw
1/2 cup Ice cubes

Instructions


1. Combine ingredients in a high speed blender and process until smooth.

2. Divide into 2 glasses, serve and enjoy!
