|2 cup||Coconut milk, sweetened|
|1/2 cup||Chia seeds|
|1/2 tsp||Vanilla extract, pure|
|1 tsp||Coconut syrup/nectar|
|1 cup||Blueberries (Organic)|
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender except chia seeds.
2. Pour mixture into a bowl and whisk in chia seeds.
3. Divide mixture between 3 small glass jars (or pour into 1 large jar and divide as you need). Refrigerate until it sets -- at least 4 hours or overnight.
Do not use canned coconut milk for FMD plan -- used boxed brand like Pacific Organic Unsweetened Coconut Milk.
