Ingredients


2 cup Coconut milk, sweetened
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 tsp Maple syrup (optional)
1 cup Blueberries (Organic)
1/2 cup Chia seeds

Instructions


  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender except chia seeds.
  2. Pour mixture into a bowl and whisk in chia seeds.
  3. Divide the mixture between 4 small glass jars (or pour into 1 large jar and divide as you need). 
  4. Refrigerate until set - at least 4 hours or overnight.
