Ingredients


1/2 cup Cottage cheese (1% M.F.) (or low fat greek yogurt)
1 scoop Whey protein powder, vanilla
1/2 cup Frozen blueberries
1 dash Maple extract
1 dash Vanilla extract, pure (optional)
2 tsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
2 packette Stevia sweetener, powder
1/4 cup Water (or about 10 ice cubes)

Instructions


  1. Place all of your ingredients in a blender and mix until well combined. If it appears too runny, add more ice.
  2. If it's too thick, add more water. Add more sweetener or extract at the end if the flavor isn't strong enough for your taste.
