|1/2 cup||Cottage cheese (1% M.F.) (or low fat yogurt)|
|1 scoop||Whey protein powder, vanilla|
|1/2 cup||Frozen blueberries|
|1/4 tsp||Maple extract|
|1/4 tsp||Vanilla extract, pure (optional)|
|2 tsp||Flaxseed meal (ground)|
|2 packette||Stevia sweetener, powder|
|1/8 tsp||Xanthan gum (optional)|
|1/4 cup||Water (or about 10 ice cubes)|
1. Place all of your ingredients in a blender and mix until well combined. If it appears too runny, add more ice.
2. If it's too thick, add more water. Add more sweetener or extract at the end if the flavor isn't strong enough for your taste.
