|1/2 cup||Rolled oats, dry|
|1 cup||Frozen blueberries|
|1 cup||Partly skimmed milk, 2% M.F.|
|1/2 cup||Vanilla yogurt, 2-4% M.F.|
1. Place oats in a blender and blend alone until ground.
2. Then add remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until well combined.
