1/2 cup Rolled oats, dry
1 cup Frozen blueberries
1 tbsp Honey
1 cup Partly skimmed milk, 2% M.F.
1/2 cup Vanilla yogurt, 2-4% M.F.

Instructions


1. Place oats in a blender and blend alone until ground.
 

2. Then add remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until well combined.

Notes:

For additional Protein - add a scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder!
