Ingredients


1 cup Frozen blueberries
1 tbsp Honey
1 cup Partly skimmed milk, 2% M.F.
1/2 cup Rolled oats, dry
1/2 cup Vanilla yogurt, 2-4% M.F.

Instructions


Place oats in a blender and blend alone until ground.

Place remaining ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined.
