Creamy oatmeal topped with blueberries and pistachios
Ingredients
3/4 cup
Water
1/3 cup
Rolled oats, dry
1 dash
Salt
1 tbsp
Peanut butter, natural
(or nut butter of your choice)
1 tbsp
Maple syrup, pure
1/2 cup
Blueberries
(fresh or frozen ( can use any other type of berry))

Instructions
Bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add the rolled oats and salt. Cook until water is absorbed. Stir in the nut butter and maple syrup until combined. Top with the blueberries and pistachios.
