1 cup Blueberries
2 cup Plain yogurt, 1- 2% M.F. (or non-dairy yogurt)

Instructions


1. Blend fruits with plain yogurt until smooth and pour into popsicle molds.
2. Place in the freezer until popsicles solidify. Enjoy!
