High antioxidant smoothie with creamy banana and almond butter!

Ingredients


1/2 cup Frozen blueberries (can use any berry)
1 small Banana (s)
1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (almond or coconut, unsweetened)
1/2 cup Frozen strawberry (can use any berry)
1 tbsp Almond butter (can use any nut or seed butter)
2 tsp Chia seeds, ground
2 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1 scoop Fermented protein powder, vanilla (Garden of Life all in one - any flavor is okay)

Instructions


1. Blend all smoothie ingredients together.
