High antioxidant smoothie with creamy banana and almond butter!


1/2 cup Frozen blueberries
1 small Banana (s)
1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1/2 cup Frozen strawberry
1 tbsp Almond butter
2 tsp Chia seeds, ground
2 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1 scoop Fermented protein powder, vanilla (e.g. Garden of Life all in one - any flavour)


  1. Blend all ingredients together.
  2. Top with seeds, nuts, or fruit if desired. Enjoy!



  • Use any berries that you like
  • Replace almond milk with any other type of milk
  • Any nut or seed butter can be used in place of almond butter
