|3/4 cup||Coconut milk|
|1/4 tsp||Vanilla extract, pure|
|1 scoop||Whey protein powder, unflavoured|
|1/2 tbsp||Lemon juice|
1. Add coconut milk, blueberries, vanilla extract and protein powder in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Add lemon juice to taste and enjoy!
For more satiety, add 1 tbsp of coconut oil or any other healthful oil per serving.
Use pea or hemp protein to make this smoothie vegan.
You may also substitute the coconut milk for Greek yogurt. If so, add a little water for a more liquid consistency.
