1 cup Almond milk, vanilla, unsweetened, Silk
1 small Banana
1/2 cup Raspberries
1 cup Swiss chard (any dark leafy green)
1 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)

Instructions


1. Wash ingredients and peel and dice the banana.

2. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

3. Serve and enjoy!
