Preheat oven to 400F.
Cut the potatoes into fries, spray with oil. Toss with seasonings to coat.
Place on a rack sitting inside a baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or adjust time if you cut your fries a different size from the picture. Take them out halfway through to flip/toss them.
**These turn out crispy when baked inside an air fryer rather than an oven.**
