1 pepper(s) Roasted red peppers, canned (chopped)
1/2 avocado(s) Avocado (sliced)
1/4 cup Bean sprouts
1 tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions


1. Place roast beef on collard leaf and remaining toppings on top of beef.

2. Roll up leaf like a burrito and enjoy!
