1 cup Rolled oats- Gluten Free
1 cup Quinoa flakes, organic
2 tbsp Chia seeds
2 tbsp Pecans
1 tbsp Cinnamon
2 large Egg (whisked)
1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1 tbsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 cup Frozen berries
1 tbsp Coconut sugar ((optional))

Instructions


Add first 5 ingredients into baking dish. Whisk together wet ingredients in separate bowl and pour over oat mixture. Stir to combine. Fold in frozen berries. Option to sprinkle with coconut sugar for a slightly caramelized top.

Notes:

Bake a head of time for a quick and healthy breakfast.
