Make Sunday night, and dish into individual containers for breakfast on the go! Dessert for breakfast!
Ingredients
2 kg

Forest fruit mix, frozen
(or frozen fruit of choice)

3 cup

Rolled oats, dry

Butter, unsalted

2 tbsp
|
Maple syrup
|
5 cup

Greek yogurt, plain, 2% M.F.

Instructions
- break up frozen fruit and spread in large, shallow baking dish (or ten small ramekins if you prefer)
- Cook the fruit in oven for 20 minutes at Gas Mark 4/165 degrees until fruit is defrosted
- melt butter
- add maple syrup to melted butter and mix
- mix syrup and butter into rolled oats until all dry ingredients are moistened
- spread oat mixture over top of fruit
- Bake at Gas Mark 6 on top shelf of oven until oats topping is golden brown (approx 15-20 minutes)
- serve hot or cold with 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt per person
Notes:
Individual servings can be frozen for up to one month. Reheat in microwave or defrost in fridge. Add yoghurt at serving time.
