Make Sunday night, and dish into individual containers for breakfast on the go! Dessert for breakfast!

Ingredients


2 kg Forest fruit mix, frozen (or frozen fruit of choice)
3 cup Rolled oats, dry
90 gm Butter, unsalted
2 tbsp Maple syrup
5 cup Greek yogurt, plain, 2% M.F.

Instructions


  1. break up frozen fruit and spread in large, shallow baking dish (or ten small ramekins if you prefer)
  2. Cook the fruit in oven for 20 minutes at Gas Mark 4/165 degrees until fruit is defrosted
  3. melt butter
  4. add maple syrup to melted butter and mix
  5. mix syrup and butter  into rolled oats until all dry ingredients are moistened
  6. spread oat mixture over top of fruit
  7. Bake at Gas Mark 6 on top shelf of oven until oats topping is golden brown (approx 15-20 minutes)
  8. serve hot or cold with 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt per person

Notes:

Individual servings can be frozen for up to one month.  Reheat in microwave or defrost in fridge.  Add yoghurt at serving time.
