2 tbsp | Applesauce, unsweetened |
25 gm | Almonds, raw |
20 gm | Sunflower seeds |
80 gm | Carrots (grated) |
1/4 tsp | Cinnamon (to taste) |
Mix applesauce, almonds, and sunflower seeds in a blender or food processor for 4-5 minutes.
Mix in a bowl the blended mix with the grated carrots and cinnamon.
Bake on cookie pan in the oven at 375F for 15-18min, or until golden.
Variations
- Could bake in a muffin mold or use an air fryer instead of oven.
- Could pan fry on coconut oil the chopped almonds and sunflower seeds, then add on top of grated apple and grated carrots. Add cinnamon and a pinch of salt to taste.
- Could replace mango for the apple.
