Ingredients


2 date pitted Medjool date
1/4 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1/2 cup Bulk Breakfast Oats (Add hot water)

Bulk Breakfast Oats

3 tbsp Rolled oats- Gluten Free
3/4 tbsp Chia seeds
3 tbsp Quinoa flakes, organic
1 1/2 tbsp Hemp seeds, shelled
1/3 tbsp Cinnamon

Instructions


Blend dates and almond milk in blender. Pour 1 Tbsp. over warm breakfast oats. Store remaining in refrigerator for up to 3 days. 

(option: for a smoother topping, soak dates in almond milk over night before blending.)

Instructions for "Bulk Breakfast Oats"

Mix all ingredients and store in airtight container. Scoop 1/2c serving and add hot water. Add additional toppings if desired.
