Ingredients


1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Stevia sweetener, powder
1/4 cup Blueberries
1 scoop Whey protein powder, vanilla
1/2 cup Cereal, Fiber One, General Mills
1/4 cup Quick oats, gluten free, dry

Instructions


Place the first 4 ingredients into a microwaveable bowl with 1.5 cups of water. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir in one scoop of protein powder-mix well.Fold in berries. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
