2 cup | Hemp milk |
1/4 cup hulled | Hemp seeds, shelled |
1/2 tsp | Cinnamon |
1/4 tsp | Ginger, ground |
1 cup | Quinoa, uncooked |
1/4 cup whole/halves | Macadamia nuts, unsalted (or other nut of choice) |
1/2 cup | Blueberries |
1 tbsp | Coconut oil |
Mix hemp milk, cinnamon and ginger in a pot then add the quinoa. Bring to a boil, cover and lower the heat to simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes.
Sir in the hemp seeds, macadamia nuts and blueberries.
Spoon the breakfast quinoa into bowls and add a drizzle of coconut oil and hemp milk if needed and enjoy!
