Breakfast Quinoa with Blueberries & Macadamia

Ingredients


2 cup Hemp milk
1/4 cup hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ginger, ground
1 cup Quinoa, uncooked
1/4 cup whole/halves Macadamia nuts, unsalted (or other nut of choice)
1/2 cup Blueberries
1 tbsp Coconut oil

Instructions


Mix hemp milk, cinnamon and ginger in a pot then add the quinoa. Bring to a boil, cover and lower the heat to simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes.

Sir in the hemp seeds, macadamia nuts and blueberries.

Spoon the breakfast quinoa into bowls and add a drizzle of coconut oil and hemp milk if needed and enjoy!
