3 cup Broccoli florets
3 cup Cauliflower (florets)
1 medium pepper(s) Red bell pepper (chopped)
1/3 cup Green onion (chopped)
1 cup hulled Sunflower seeds (soaked and drained)


1. Chop the broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces.

2. Transfer to bowls and add chopped red pepper and green onions.

3. Dress with Asian dressing or other dressing of your choice!
