1 head Broccoli, raw (lightly steamed or blanched)
1 avocado(s) Avocado (diced )
3 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar (or vinegar of choice )
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 cup whole Almonds, raw (roasted )
1 pinch Sea Salt
1 dash Black pepper
1 tsp Hot pepper (chili) flakes (optional )

Instructions


Toss broccoli with avocado. Combine olive oil, vinegar and dijon. Stir in with the veggies, top with almonds and season with salt and pepper. Add in chilis, if desired.
