2 head (9oz) | Broccoli florets |
1 cup | Quick oats, gluten free, dry |
2 tbsp | Nutritional yeast |
2 1/5 second spray | Cooking Spray, coconut oil |
1 tsp | Garlic paste |
1 tsp, minced | Red chili pepper (also chile or chilli) |
1 pinch | Salt and pepper |
1. Pre heat your oven at 350
2. blitz the broccoli with stem in a food processer till fine
3. heat a frying pan with coconut oil, garlic and chili to taste
4. sauté the broccoli and oats in the oil for about 5 minutes, add salt, pepper and the nutritional yeast
5. let the mixture cool a bit
6. make little balls and place them on a oven tray with non stick paper
7. bake for 15-20 minutes, turn them around, to get an even color
8. serve hot or cold with your favorite dip
9. enjoy
