3/4 cup | Mayonnaise, low fat (or avocado mayo) |
2 tbsp | Onion, dehydrated flakes |
1 tsp | Sea Salt |
1. Preheat over to 350oF (180oC).
2. Beat the eggs and add mayonnaise, sea salt, and onion flakes.
3. Add all vegetables to beaten egg mixture and pour into greased baking dish.
4. Bake uncovered for about 45 minutes.
