1/2 cup | Almonds, raw (roasted) |
1/2 cup | Red onion (diced) |
1/2 cup | Cranberries (dried) |
1/2 cup | Agave mustard sauce |
1. Prepare Agave Mustard Sauce according to recipe on page 51.
2. Chop broccoli into small pieces.
3. Dice red onion into very small pieces.
4. Combine all ingredients except almonds and mix it up with a spoon.
5. Add almonds right before serving to ensure they stay crunchy.
6. Serve right away or refrigerate and allow salad to marinate for a few hours before serving.
