2 grapefruit Grapefruit (pink or red)
2 tbsp Ginger, crystallized
3 tbsp Honey, raw
4 leaf Mint, fresh

Instructions


Heat up the honey and ginger until combined as a sauce on the burner.

Slice grapefruits in half and top with sauce. Broil for 5 or so minutes. Take out of oven and top with fresh mint.
