2 medium tortilla(s) Tortilla, gluten-free (preferrably brown rice tortillas)
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp Sea salt

Instructions


Preheat oven to 400°F.
Cut the tortillas into wedges (quarters or eighths), brush with a olive oil and dust with sea salt.

Place in a single layer on two baking sheets and toast for 5-8 minutes until golden and crispy. Watch them carefully to avoid burning!
