Ingredients


1 cup Walnuts (raw)
1/2 cup Dates (packed and pitted)
2/3 cup Almond Flour
1/3 cup Cocoa powder, unsweetened (plus more for rolling in - optional)
3 tbsp Flaxseeds
1/4 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Almond butter (or other nut or seed butter)

Instructions


1. Add the walnuts into a food processor and pulse into a meal. Add the dates, almond flour, cocoa powder, flaxseeds, salt, and almond butter in to the food processor. Pulse to combine until the mixture is moist and dough-like. If the mixture is too wet, add a bit more cocoa powder or flax seeds.
2. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Then scoop out rounded tablespoon-fuls and use your hands to gently form into balls.
3. Optional: Roll in extra cocoa powder.

Notes:

Can store in fridge for up to 1 week, or in freezer for up to 1 month.
