|1 can (15oz)||Black beans, canned (drained, rinsed)|
|1/2 cup||Cacao powder, raw|
|1/2 cup||Cashew butter (or nut butter of choice)|
|1/2 cup||Coconut sugar|
|1/3 cup||Water (as needed)|
1. In a food processor, combine all 4 ingredients. Mix well.
2. Add water if needed. Start with 1 tablespoon at a time until you reach a desired consistency.
3. Serve with crackers, or spread it on toast and waffles.
This recipe will become more solid as it sits in the fridge, so add a little more water than you think you need.
