1 can (15oz) Black beans, canned (drained, rinsed)
1/2 cup Cacao powder, raw
1/2 cup Cashew butter (or nut butter of choice)
1/2 cup Coconut sugar
1/3 cup Water (as needed)


  1. In a food processor, combine all 4 ingredients. Mix well.
  2. Add water if needed. Start with 1 tablespoon at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
  3. Serve with crackers, or spread it on toast and waffles.


Quick Tip

  • This recipe will become more solid as it sits in the fridge, so add a little more water than you think you need.
