Brownie Sundae Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients


1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
1 tbsp (level) Psyllium seed husk
1 tbsp Peanut butter, natural
2 scoop(s) Protein powder, Sun Warrior, chocolate
1/4 cup Vanilla yogurt, 2-4% M.F.
2 cup Ice cubes
1 scoop Collagen peptides ((optional))
3 tbsp Almond flour/meal, Bob's Red Mill (for brownie)
1 1/2 tbsp Cocoa powder, unsweetened (unsweetened - for brownie)
3 tbsp Truvia, calorie-free sweetener (for brownie)
2 tbsp coconut milk (for brownie)
1 large Egg (for brownie)

Instructions


  • Make your brownies first, so they can cool down while you are making your smoothie mix
  •  Add all ingredients together in a bowl, mix thoroughly and then add to a mold or a microwave safe bowl. Cook in microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  • Once done set aside to cool down.
  • Then move on to smoothie bowl mixture.
  • Add all ingredients and ice last, blend in a strong high speed blender, make sure all ingredientsincluding ice is completely pulverized and the mixture is as thick as soft serve ice cream.
  • This makes 3 servings so separate into 3 containers, you can layer with toppings or just Put it all on top.
  • Toppings I used was of course: brownies cut up into small pieces, peanut butter sauce ( made with pb and milk, SF chocolate chips, coconut flakes, walnuts, and chocolate sauce. But you can use whatever toppings you enjoy!
