Instructions
- Make your brownies first, so they can cool down while you are making your smoothie mix
- Add all ingredients together in a bowl, mix thoroughly and then add to a mold or a microwave safe bowl. Cook in microwave on high for 2 minutes.
- Once done set aside to cool down.
- Then move on to smoothie bowl mixture.
- Add all ingredients and ice last, blend in a strong high speed blender, make sure all ingredientsincluding ice is completely pulverized and the mixture is as thick as soft serve ice cream.
- This makes 3 servings so separate into 3 containers, you can layer with toppings or just Put it all on top.
- Toppings I used was of course: brownies cut up into small pieces, peanut butter sauce ( made with pb and milk, SF chocolate chips, coconut flakes, walnuts, and chocolate sauce. But you can use whatever toppings you enjoy!
