1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
3 leaf Basil, fresh (for garnish)
2 cup Cherry Tomatoes
2 1/2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
2 clove(s) Garlic (chopped)
1 pinch Sea salt


Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.

Drizzle olive oil, garlic, and salt over tomatoes in a glass baking dish. Bake until tomatoes are bursting- about 15-20 minutes.

Mash the tomatoes up and serve in a bowl with drizzles of balsamic vinegar and basil.

Serve with bread, and enjoy!
