Chop all ingredients as directed. Mix in a medium size bowl except bread. Let sit.
Before serving, add chopped bread and parmesan cheese
Parmesan cheese - 1 cup raw cashews, 2 tablespoon nutritional yeast., 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1 pinch pink himalayan salt, - add to blender and pulse until a fine crumble. Store in a jar in the fridge and sprinkle on everything!
