Ingredients


1 avocado(s) Avocado (cubed)
1 cup Cilantro (coriander) (chopped)
1 tsp Cumin
454 gm Ground turkey, extra lean
2 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
1/2 cup Green onion, scallion, ramp (chopped)
1/2 pepper(s) Red chili pepper (also chile or chilli)) (chopped)
6 large leaf Iceberg lettuce (chopped)
4 tsp Lime juice
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Taco seasoning mix, McCormick

Instructions


In a non-stick pan, heat oil, add minced garlic and diced green chiles. Saute for about 1 min. Add cumin and taco seasoning. 

Add turkey and salt, cook until turkey is no longer pink. Chop onions and set aside. Wash and chop cilantro. Cut ends off lettuce, wash and dry. 

Add green onions to the turkey and cook for 2 more minutes. Add 1 cup cilantro and lime juice. 

Use inner folds of lettuce leaves to make taco wraps.
