1. Mash bananas with a fork and mix all ingredients together
2. Pour into the center of a medium-high heat pan
3. Wait until you see bubbles form on top and then flip and leave for another 2-3 minutes until cooked thoroughly
4. Serve with maple syrup if you desire!
For additional nutrients - serve with berries or bananas
For Omega 3 rich pancake syrup - mix a 1:1 ratio of flaxseed oil and maple syrup and pour on top
