Ingredients


1 tbsp Hummus
1 large tortilla(s) Whole wheat tortilla
1 cup Gourmet lettuce mix
1/2 cup Sprout mix
1/4 cup slices Red bell pepper
75 gm Chicken breast, roasted (deli slices or leftovers)
1/4 avocado(s) Avocado (optional)
1 tsp Dijon mustard, whole grain

Instructions


1. Spread hummus on tortilla wrap. Layer lettuce and sprout mix, peppers, chicken and avocado (if using). Squeeze dijon mustard over filling ingredients.

 

2. Tuck the ends toward the centre and roll the wrap. Insert toothpicks to help hold the wrap together. Enjoy!
