75 gm Chicken breast, roasted (deli slices)
1 leaf Lettuce, looseleaf
1 tbsp Mayonnaise, low fat
15 ml Tabasco sauce
1 large tortilla(s) Whole wheat tortilla

Instructions


Mix mayo and hot sauce.

Fill tortilla with sauce, lettuce and chicken.

Roll to eat.
