|2 can (15oz)||Chickpeas, canned, drained (rinsed)|
|1/2 cup||Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free|
|1/2 cup crumbled||Blue cheese (gorgonzola)|
|2 large stalk(s)||Celery (chopped)|
|3 tbsp||Hot sauce|
|1/4 tsp||Black pepper|
1. Place all of the ingredients, preparing as directed, in a large bowl and mix well.
2. Using a potato masher or the back of a wooden spoon, mash the chickpeas until they are mostly broken down. It's okay to leave some whole.
Serve on Ezekiel bread with some spinach or lettuce
on top of a bed of greens, or in a lettuce wrap. Enjoy!
