1/4 cup Chia seeds
1 cup Quinoa flakes, organic
1/2 cup hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
2 tbsp Cinnamon

Mix all ingredients and store in airtight container. Scoop 1/2c serving and add hot water. Add additional toppings if desired.
