Bulletproof Hot Chocolate

1 tbsp Cacao powder, raw
1 dash Cinnamon
1 dash Cayenne pepper
1 cup Almond milk, chocolate, unsweetened, Blue Diamond (or non-dairy milk of choice)
1 tbsp Ghee
1 tbsp Coconut oil (or MCT oil)
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure


1. Combine all ingredients in a small pot and heat gently over medium-low heat until hot and mix well.

2. Using a milk froth or hand-held immersion blender, blend until everything is well mixed.


3. Alternatively, you can put the heated mixture in your blender and blend for 10 seconds to mix everything. Drink slowly, and drink hot.
