1 cup | Rooibos Tea, brewed (OR black tea, earl grey, green tea) |
1 tbsp | Cacao butter (OR grass-fed butter) |
1 tbsp | Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil (work your way up from 1 tsp - 2 tbsp to avoid gastrointestinal issues as it’s powerful stuff) |
1/4 tsp | Cinnamon (ceylon cinnamon powder: helps you regulate your blood sugar and shown to improve insulin resistance) |
Brew your tea how you like it
Blend all ingredients together for 20 seconds (be careful with the heat / compression).
Pour into mug & enjoy!
Note: if you’re adding collagen powder, only add it into the last 10 seconds of blending
To take to work with you, double or triple the quantities and store in a quality heat flask - should stay warm until 2pm
