Ingredients


1 cup Rooibos Tea, brewed (OR black tea, earl grey, green tea)
1 tbsp Cacao butter (OR grass-fed butter)
1 tbsp Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil (work your way up from 1 tsp - 2 tbsp to avoid gastrointestinal issues as it’s powerful stuff)
1/4 tsp Cinnamon (ceylon cinnamon powder: helps you regulate your blood sugar and shown to improve insulin resistance)

Instructions


  1. Brew your tea how you like it

  2. Blend all ingredients together for 20 seconds (be careful with the heat / compression).

  3. Pour into mug & enjoy!

  4. Note: if you’re adding collagen powder, only add it into the last 10 seconds of blending

  5. To take to work with you, double or triple the quantities and store in a quality heat flask - should stay warm until 2pm

Notes:

Great optional add-ins to jazz up your tea:

  • cacao butter: great source of healthy saturated fat, gives a subtle chocolately flavour
  • collagen protein or vanilla flavored: aids healthy tissue re- pair while maintaining healthy levels of inflammation and revitalising your skin
  • 1 tbsp full-fat coconut milk
  • vanilla bean powder: historically been used as a cognitive enhancer
  • ginger powder: powerful antioxidant & anti-inflammatory • cayenne powder: works synergistically with MCTs for thermogenesis
