1 cup shredded Red leaf lettuce

Instructions


  1. Add the lettuce leaves and arugula as the base of the bowl.
  2. Begin to arrange the veggies, bacon and poached eggs on top.
  3. Add your garnishes.
  4. Serve and enjoy!

 

Garnish options: fresh herbs, chopped chili, fresh lemon, salt and pepper to sprinkle on top.
