|1/4 cup||Oat bran, gluten-free, dry|
|2 tbsp||Chia seeds|
|2 tbsp hulled||Hemp seeds, shelled|
|1 pinch||Himalayan sea salt|
|1/4 cup||Raisins, seedless (sultana)|
|1/2 cup||Blueberries (or peaches or any fruit of your choice)|
|3/4 cup||Water (boiling)|
1. In a bowl mix oats, chia, hemp, cinnamon, raisins and salt together.
2. Add boiling water, and then cover your bowl with a plate to keep in the steam.
3. Uncover after approximately 5 minutes and add fresh berries or fruit and enjoy.
