2 tbsp Paprika, smoked
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 tbsp Ghee
57 gm Sausage, chorizo, pork and beef (minced)
4 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
30 gm Butter, grass-fed, salted
1 tbsp Ghee
1 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp Bone broth, Organic
22 gm Parsley, fresh (fresh chopped)
1 tsp Thyme, fresh (minced)
567 gm Zucchini (zoodles)
1 tsp Salt and pepper (freshly ground)
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

GO! :: INSTRUCTIONS

  1. For The Butter Chicken: slice the chicken into strips, coat in the paprika, cayenne pepper and salt.
  2. Add a large skillet over medium-high heat and melt the coconut oil. Add chicken strips and fry for 10 minutes, turning every 3 minutes.
  3. Chop the chorizo, peel and mince the garlic cloves.
  4. Add to the skillet and continue to fry the chicken for another 10 minutes, until fully cooked through.
  5. For The Zoodles: meanwhile, in a separate skillet over medium-high heat, melt the ghee.
  6. Whisk in the lemon juice and dijon mustard, then add the bone broth, whisk to combine.
  7. Bring to a simmer for a few minutes minutes, stirring regularly.
  8. Chop the fresh parsley and thyme, stir into the skillet then add the zoodles and sauté for 5 minutes, until the zoodles are cooked through.
  9. Stir the 40g of butter into the chicken skillet.
  10. To Serve: divide the Stir-Fry Zoodles among 4 dishes, top with the Butter Chicken & drizzle over ½ tbsp olive oil per serving. Enjoy!
