It's not your grandmother's boiled cabbage leaves. Shredded green cabbage gets an alow-carb upgrade with plenty of butter for flavor and heft.

Instructions
- 1 Shred the cabbage using a food processor, mandolin slicer or a sharp knife.
- 2 Place a large skillet over medium heat. Add butter.
- 3 Add the cabbage and sauté for at least 15 minutes, stirring from time to time, until the cabbage is wilted and golden brown around the edges.
- 4 Lower the heat a little towards the end. Salt and pepper to taste.
