1 1/2 cup shredded Green cabbage
86 gm Butter, vegan
1 dash Salt and pepper


  1. 1 Shred the cabbage using a food processor, mandolin slicer or a sharp knife.
  2. 2 Place a large skillet over medium heat. Add butter.
  3. 3 Add the cabbage and sauté for at least 15 minutes, stirring from time to time, until the cabbage is wilted and golden brown around the edges.
  4. 4 Lower the heat a little towards the end. Salt and pepper to taste.
