1/2 cup Dijon mustard, whole grain
1/2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
4 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
1/4 cup White wine
2 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Rosemary, dried (finely chopped)
1 leg (5lb) Lamb, leg, lean


Remove the meat from the bone by butterflying the meat.

Once butterflied, liberally spread with a paste of mustard, garlic, olive oil, white wine, rosemary, and lemon juice, then rested overnight.

The next day, heat on a grill for 20 minutes over a direct high.

This makes a beautiful medium rare lamb, and ready to eat and enjoy!
