2 cup Butternut squash ((200g) OR Pumpkin, cubed)
150 gm Broccoli ((1 cup) Cooked)
2 thigh(s) Chicken thighs, boneless, skinless ((120g) OR chicken drumstick, no skin)
1 tsp Canola oil

Instructions


  • Roast or steam butternut/pumpkin until tender.

  • Steam broccoli until bright green and just soft.

  • Cook chicken thighs/drumsticks in a pan with 1 tsp canola oil and seasoning until juices run clear.

  • Serve together as a balanced plate.
