| 1 bundle | Broccolini, baby broccoli |
| 1/2 cup | Water, filtered |
| 2 tbsp | Butter, grass fed, unsalted |

1. In a large pan over high heat, ass broccolini and water. bring to a boil and cook uncovered for about 6-8 minutes, or until tender.
2. Add butter and season with salt and pepper. Toss well and cook for additional 2 minutes.
3. Remove broccolini from pan and divide between two plates.
